No One Knows, I’m Crying

No One Knows, I’m Crying… a lot of things in my minds… I try my best to be the best…but sometimes i thinks its not good enough… Its my fault ? … its come from myselft …?  its because of you Adi ?

  7. I agree, Larry. Not every building should have ground-floor retail. There’s simply not the demand for that much retail, plus, as you point out, retail brings with it a different character to the street. We should be strategic in where we want retail, and require it on the ground floor of new projects on those streets, but not force retail on the developers on all the other streets.
