This what I\u2019m doing right now.. Get more <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Professional_certification_%28Computer_technology%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certs<\/a> and earn more\u2026 and get the jobs that you like. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Some paragraphs that I copied from that magazine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cAll you need to do is get <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Professional_certification_%28Computer_technology%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certifications<\/a>-something that a potential employer will recognize on you CV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cProfessional training schemes cost professional amounts of money, and if you\u2019re lucky, this sum will be footed by our employer. Training is expensive, but that\u2019s because the rewards are usually worth the effort in term of better pay and job satisfaction\u201d Source <a href=\"http:\/\/www.linuxformat.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LFX<\/a><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">For me the money is not the problem for the company\u2026 If employer wants the quality of services they should send the employee for the training\u2026 Hands on training.. No online material or eBook \u2026Employee also can gain more skill\/knowledge&#8230; it will represent the quality services for the employer&#8230;But I think it will work for the MSC\/MNC status company. How about the local company that not have this status.. But make more profit&#8230; They should send also\u2026 Employer should take care of every employee.. Don\u2019t make your employee leave if they have the skill that required for that job. When I do the comparison yes it true\u2026 but <a href=\"www.redhat.com\/training\/\">RHCT<\/a> more difficult than the <a href=\"www.novell.com\/training\/certinfo\/\">NCLP<\/a>&#8230; But got the certain part that more difficult in <a href=\"www.novell.com\/training\/certinfo\/\">NCLP<\/a> is syslog-ng\u2026. But now I can understand the concept of syslog-ng already..Thanks to my instructor\u2026 <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">But for future I don\u2019t know yet.. I will go to Linux <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Professional_certification_%28Computer_technology%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Certification<\/a> (<a href=\"www.novell.com\/training\/certinfo\/\">NCLE<\/a>) or HP CSA (Because my new post is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unix.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNIX<\/a>&#8230;) I think I should go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unix.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNIX<\/a>\u2026 this is suitable for me\u2026 Let me feel first&#8230;How the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unix.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNIX<\/a> life\u2026.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Maybe I also can learn more about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unix.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNIX<\/a>.. I will support SERVER&#8230; Server\u2026no more Motherboard Certification&#8230; This experience very2 valuable for my future\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">If you\u2019re Linux User\/ g33k \/ 1337 the certification is important..
